WORKING WATERFRONT
We are the Working Waterfront group and we have been working hard all year long to figure out what goes on in the fishing industry. We would like to thank Pastor Terry for giving us an amazing amount of information. Without him our video would not have been nearly as informing and exclusive.
Over the course of this project, we as a group, have felt that our main goal was not just to show you the value of the Working Waterfront, but we have also been very focused on figuring out how to end the pollution in this beautiful cove. We do understand that it is near impossible to keep all the trash on your boat actually in the boat. With the wind and everything it is very hard to keep all the trash in your boat but we appreciate that fisherman such as Pastor Terry do their best to stay clean.
Did you know that the fishing and marine trades contribute more than eight hundred million dollars to Maine's economy and employs more than thirty thousand people!
Now just sit back, relax, maybe grab some popcorn and soda, and enjoy the movie!
